ORDERS

  • We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been shipped.

  • You must enter your shipping and billing address in English to ensure the delivery of your order.

RETURNS

  • We are currently not accepting returns until further notice.
  • All sales are final.

US Shipping 

  • Shipping is only available in the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
  • Orders usually ship between 1 - 4 business days.
  • Every shipment is provided with a door to door tracking & coverage insurance provided by the USPS. Unless stated otherwise.

International Shipping 

  • We are currently only offering international shipping to Canada.

Local Pickup

  • Customers who choose Local Pickup will receive an additional email to schedule a pickup date and time; Monday through Friday (3 pm to 8 pm).
